Sale and delivery conditions
In the following you will find useful information in connection with your stay and use of our online booking system. You can read about how we process your entered information and how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase in our booking system.
The following terms and conditions apply regardless of whether you make a reservation via online booking, e-mail, telephone or show up at the site without a prior reservation.
Payment
All prices stated in our online booking system: "Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft", are stated just like everywhere else on the website and on price tags in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
In our online booking system, payment can be made with one of the following approved payment/credit cards: Dankort, Visa card, MasterCard and Diners.
You can also pay in cash at the campsite.
Information about trading on the Internet
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and Delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a space for your own tent, or a space for your own caravan/motorhome, you will be charged a partial amount of the stay. When the booking is approved in our system, an account of your order is sent. The account is sent via e-mail when the order has been reviewed and approved by us. In order for us to send this, however, it is required that you carefully provide the correct email address when booking.
Delivery of the ordered product/stay takes place upon arrival at Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure).
Both of these times are disclosed in the above-mentioned accounts.
Refunds are made to the payment card used at the time of booking.
Right of cancellation and refund
If you wish to cancel a booking, this can be done under the following conditions:
Place reservation: if canceled no later than 2 days before arrival, the full amount minus DKK 250 in administration fee will be reimbursed per campsite booked.
Reservation of a cabin: if canceled no later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount minus DKK 750 in administration fee will be reimbursed per booked cabin.
In case of cancellation later than stated above, no compensation will be made.
Alternatively, you can rebook for another period in the same season.
Any payment card, PayPal or bank fees will not be refunded.
Damage to the campsite's property and equipment
In the event that, in connection with your stay at Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft, there is damage to the campsite's furniture, buildings or other equipment belonging to the campsite, caused by you, your family or your guests, you are obliged to report as soon as possible and without further delay damage to the campsite staff. You will be liable for compensation to the campsite, the amount of compensation is determined by the campsite's staff
In case of damage to e.g. building stock, playground equipment including bouncy cushions, carousels, playhouses, water pipes and electrical installations, the full amount is charged for repairing the damage and any follow injuries. In the event of damage to doors, windows, glass and furniture, the full amount for replacement will be charged.
The compensation is made by cash payment upon notification of damage, as soon as possible thereafter and at the latest upon departure from the campsite.
Registration of information
In connection with booking/purchase, Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in our customer register.
The information is not passed on, but "Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft" stores this registration for 5 years.
"Blushøj Camping - Ebeltoft" uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the page.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Privacy policy - collection and use of personal data
In connection with your purchase at Blushøj Camping, you have entered a number of personal data, including in particular:
· Your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and payment information.
· Furthermore, your booking information is saved, including the IP address from which the booking was made
We process this personal data in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction and for a subsequent period of 5 years. The information will then be deleted.
Processing of personal data – consent
If you have ticked the box "Subscribe to Newsletter", we will process your e-mail address and the information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us.
You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us by email and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.
Data security
Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a booking or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your payment information (Quickpay.dk) and your personal data (RUJA.dk). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Information, objection, change, data portability and deletion

If there are errors in our information, you can always ask to have it corrected so that we have the correct information, just as you have the right to receive the information in a common format (data portability). If you have any requests for changes or data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above e-mail address.
If you no longer wish for us to process your personal data or for us to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to this effect to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have ended your stay.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your e-mail address (so that we can send you our newsletter and relevant offers), this can be done at any time by clicking on a link in the individual newsletter.
Complaint processing
If for some reason you do not receive your reservation, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the phone number.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your reservation.
You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with section 83, subsection of the Purchase Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When we receive your complaint regarding the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay), we process the complaint as quickly as possible.
We will decide whether the item received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
